Ingram Barge Company is committed to the training and development of our associates. One tool to help reach our Zero Harm goal is our one-of-a-kind training facility, called the Decktology barge. The facility offers real-life work scenarios and hands-on instruction. It’s a great training tool to start our new associates off on the right, safe path and to help them continue to develop throughout their careers.
